  • Banana flavour 
  • Banana food colour
  • Sugar
  • Water
  • Preservative (sodium benzoate)

STEPS TO PREPARE BANANA JUICE  

  • Wash, peel and mash banana 
  • Pour into an 8 litre bowl
  • Pour 30ml banana flavour 
  • Add one level table spoonful banana colourant
  • Add sugar (to taste) 
  • Add one level table spoonful of preservative 
  • Fill the bowl with water
  • Mix them together thoroughly 
  • You can package it for sell or distribute it within your family members.
