How to add About us|Privacy Policy to Blogger Attribution Widget

In this Tutorial, I will explain how I add ABOUT US or THE PRIVACY POLICY  link to my blogger attribution widget. 

NOTE: You can add it to the homepage menus or in the attribution widget.

The main reason is that If you don't have Privacy Policy page don't bother to apply for Google Adsense at all, because If you do, your application  will be rejected as many times you applied .

However, Many applications has been rejected over time and people  keep wondering and asked what happened. 
The reason behind this is that your blog or website must comply with Terms and Conditions of Google Adsense to be approved.
In the Terms and conditions, your website must have About us, your Contact details and Importantly Privacy Policy Page.

Let's Start Here 
Now let's assume you have created 
 either About Us ,Contact Us or Privacy Policy Page for your Website already. But if you have not yet created one for your blog or website 
Click here to Create Free Privacy Policy For Your Website. 

Step by Step To Add About Us or Privacy Policy to blogger Attribution.

1 Copy the URL of the privacy policy post on your blog or website .

2. Shorten the URL using this URL shortening service. Preferably use https://goo.gl because it is reliable. 
Note: Don't use any URL shortening service the reason is that the moment their services are down, the link will stop working and you will have no privacy policy for your blog.

3. Copy the shortened URL link into a notepad

4. Edits the code below by entering your shortened URL link as stated

Note: Once you have edited it very well,

 5. Log in to your blogger dashboard, then go straight to Click layout and scroll down to Attribution widget, From there edit attribution widget as shown in this screenshot.

6. Thereafter, Paste your edited code inside the pop up box and , see the Preview Above before you click save button


7. Congratulations, 
you can now view your blog below the footer, you should see About Us And or the Privacy Policy link beside your blog attribution as shown in the screenshot below

Now you are done. click on the privacy policy link in the attribution widget for testing, your page will load successfully
