PRODUCTION PROCESS 

  • Wash one hundred (100) ripe mango fruits thoroughly to remove it's dirtness
  • Put them inside a big container to the fruits
  • Allow to cool after boiling 
  • Peel off the outer skin (epicarp) 
  • Extract the juice out from the fruits
  • Another to do is to sieve the juice to remove the unwanted material 
  • Pour 2 Litres of warm water into the juice 
  • Add 10cl of honey
  • Add one spoonful of preservative agent for preservation 
  • Finally mix and package  for sale.
